Can I export PNG instead of JPG?

Yes. Choose JPG with a quality of 50 to 100%, or PNG.

What is the difference between full pages and embedded images?

Full pages render each page as it looks. Embedded images extracts the pictures stored in the file, which does not show the page appearance.

How many images can I make?

Up to 500 images from 500 source pages, and up to 40 megapixels per image.
