Common questions

How strong is the encryption?

AES-256. Each output must refuse access without the password, and open and render with it, before you can download it.

What if I forget the password?

It cannot be recovered, so keep it somewhere safe.

Is my password sent anywhere?

No. It is used in your browser, though browser or password-manager extensions may offer to save it.
