How to reorder PDF pages

Common questions
Can I delete pages here too?
No. Every source page stays in the file exactly once. Use Delete Pages or Organize PDF to remove pages.
Can I reorder without dragging?
Yes. Move earlier and Move later buttons work without a drag gesture.
Does it change my original file?
No. You download a new copy, and your original stays as it was.
